Service scope

Edulity helps institutions run student workflows: students can track progress, levels, rewards, and partner opportunities, instructors can support learning activity, and administrators can manage program settings.

Accounts and access

Access is limited to approved users. An institution administrator, invitation, or approved registration request controls which role a user receives and which program data they can see.

• Users must keep credentials private and report access issues to institution staff or support.
• A role can be changed, suspended, or removed when the institution needs to correct access.

Tokens and rewards

Tokens recognize learning activity and progress inside the platform. They support levels, rewards, partner offers, and motivation, but they do not create financial value outside the institution program.

• Token balances, transfers, and redemptions may be reviewed by approved staff.
• Rewards and partner offers are approved and fulfilled according to institution program rules.

Responsible use

Users should use the platform respectfully and only for the education workflows provided by their institution. Unsafe, misleading, abusive, or unauthorized activity can be moderated.

• Instructors and admins should award or adjust tokens only for legitimate learning or program reasons.
• Students should not try to bypass limits, impersonate others, or trade tokens outside the platform.

Updates and availability

The platform can change features, rules, or availability as the institution program evolves. Important operational changes are communicated through the product, administrators, or support channels.
