Data we process
The platform stores the information needed to create accounts, run institution learning workflows, support safety checks, and keep an audit trail for important actions.
- Account data such as name, email, role, institution context, and avatar settings.
- Learning and motivation activity such as tokens, levels, rewards, partner activity, modules, and feedback.
- Administrative records such as invitations, approval decisions, moderation actions, and audit events.
- Technical data such as active sessions and security signals needed to protect access.
How data is used
Data is used to provide the platform, show the right dashboards, calculate balances and level progress, process requests, send relevant notifications, and help institutions investigate support or safety issues.
- We do not treat tokens as payment data or financial account data.
- We do not sell student profile, learning, reward, level, or token activity.
Security and retention
Access is protected by authentication, role-based permissions, session controls, and audit logs. Data is retained while needed for the institution program, platform safety, legal obligations, or support history.
Requests and corrections
For corrections, access questions, or deletion requests, contact the institution administrator first because the institution controls the program context. Platform support can help route technical privacy requests.
