Edulity
Answers before launching Edulity
Short answers about the pilot, modules, access, EduTokens, levels, roles, and data protection in the student experience.
First launch
How quickly can an institution launch Edulity?
The first pilot can usually start in 2-4 weeks. To begin, the institution needs to choose the group, modules, access roles, and learning goal.
What modules are included in Edulity?
Edulity can include the student dashboard, levels, academy, mentor, simulators, and partner hub. The exact module set is chosen for your launch.
Why may some modules be hidden for my institution?
During a pilot, the institution does not need to enable every module at once. This keeps the first launch focused and easier for students.
Sign-in and access
How do users sign in?
What if a user forgets a password?
The user can reset the password from the sign-in page. An admin can also help restore access when a new cohort starts.
Tokens, levels, and rewards
What do EduTokens represent?
EduTokens are internal progress points in Edulity. They show student activity but are not cash and cannot be withdrawn.
How does rewards redemption work?
A student chooses an available reward and submits a request. Institution staff review it and issue the reward according to program rules.
How are badges different from EduTokens?
EduTokens show accumulated progress, while badges mark specific achievements or milestones. They work together but mean different things.
Learning and roles
What is the instructor role in Edulity?
Instructors guide the group, see learning activity, and can work with tasks, review, or awards depending on the setup.
How do levels and progression work?
Students see their current level, activity, and how many EduTokens are needed for the next level.
How does access to partner hub offers work?
Partner hub is enabled when the institution needs it. If the module is active, students see available partner opportunities in their dashboard.
Does Edulity need parent access?
No. Edulity is designed for university and college students, so the parent role is not used.
